Approximately 200 Edo-style wind chimes line the walkway between Fukutoku Shrine and Fukutoku Garden, providing a splash of color to the greenery. Each wind chime has been individually decorated, and this year the path will be illuminated in the evenings, offering a change of scenery from the afternoon.
